No Physical Shipping
All access to Velar HR System is delivered digitally. When your organization subscribes to the platform, access is provided through a web application and mobile application, with no physical goods, hardware, or printed materials shipped as part of the standard subscription.
How Access Is Delivered
Upon successful subscription or account activation, your designated administrator will receive login credentials and onboarding instructions via email. Access to the system is immediate or within the activation period stated at the time of purchase. Features available to your account depend on the selected subscription plan.
Onboarding and Setup
If your subscription includes onboarding support, training sessions, or implementation assistance, these services are delivered remotely through online meetings, screen sharing, or written guidance. Any agreed setup milestones or go-live dates are communicated in your service agreement.
Third-Party Integrations
Some features may connect to third-party platforms or services. Any required third-party accounts or licenses are the responsibility of the subscribing organization unless otherwise stated in the service agreement.
